Do you send Acers throughout the year?
Our aim is for you to receive a happy tree and so we tend to avoid sending Acers in early spring when their foliage is soft and at risk of being damaged. As a general rule, we are happy to send trees via courier between June and March but we may be able to make an exception, please just ask.
How much does delivery cost?
As with all things, the more you buy, the more cost-effective the delivery charge becomes. The cost of everything seems to have increased recently but we try to keep our delivery charges as low as we can – we can’t compete with the huge online retailers who offer free delivery. Almost every shipment is different but as a rough guide, it costs £15.00 to send one 3 litre tree but it still costs £15.00 to send two 3 litre trees!
How does delivery work?
As soon as your tree has been collected, you will receive an email which contains tracking details so that you can follow the shipment’s progress. If you are in a desperate hurry for an order or need it by a particular time, please get in touch with us and we will be able to provide you with a special quote.
Can you deliver larger trees?
We can only send up to a certain size using our courier – above this, we may be able to deliver ourselves depending on where you are in the country. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to come down and collect – why not make a day of it?!
