How much does delivery cost?
Our aim is for you to receive a happy tree and so we tend to send trees between September and March but we can make exceptions, please just ask. As with all things, the more you buy, the more cost-effective the delivery charge becomes. The cost of everything seems to have increased recently but we try to keep our delivery charges as low as we can – we can’t compete with the huge online retailers who offer free, next-day delivery!
How does delivery work?
As soon as your tree has been collected, you will receive an email which contains tracking details so that you can follow the shipment’s progress. If you are in a desperate hurry for an order or need it by a particular time, please get in touch with us and we will be able to provide you with a quote.
Can I collect my order?
You are more than welcome to collect your order from us, simply select ‘Collection’ at the checkout. We will then get in touch with you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
