Our Maples

If you would like a copy of our most recent Availability List or if there is something in particular you are looking for, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

We only send trees via courier between September and March (the best planting time!) and for the rest of the year you are more than welcome to collect from the nursery by appointment or one of the Plant Fairs we attend around the south east. For larger trees, we can deliver using our own transport – please just ask.

We pride ourselves on the quality and provenance of our Japanese Maples, all of which are grown in Sussex, peat and pesticide free. In coffee or gin terminology, we are a small-batch producer, growing a wide range of Acer palmatum cultivars and an ever-increasing number of other Acer species from seed but only producing small numbers of each every year. This means we can offer an interesting variety of Japanese Maples that is changing regularly so there will always be another to add to your collection…
